The Adgent

The chat agent of the console. Open it on its own page, or beside the page that you read.

The Adgent is the chat agent of the console. It reads the performance of your ad accounts, writes your Brands, Skills and Campaign Plans, and changes what runs on Meta. It uses the same tools as an agent that you connect over MCP. Each change that it makes on Meta lands on Activity.

You can open it in two places.

On the full-page Chat

Open the Chat tab of the sidebar. The chat fills the page, and the sidebar lists your conversations. A conversation keeps its history, so you can come back to it later.

Beside the page that you read

Select Ask the Adgent at the top right of a page. Each page outside the Chat tab has the button. The Adgent opens in a pane on the right third of the screen, and the page keeps the other two thirds. On a phone, the pane covers the screen.

• The Adgent knows the page. Say “this brand” or “here”, and the Adgent asks the console which page you are on. It gets the page and its address, such as the slug of a brand, and not the data on the page. It reads the data through its tools.
• The page shows the changes. When the Adgent writes something, such as a Brand or a Campaign Plan, the page reloads that data.
• The pane stays with the part of the console that you opened it in. It stays open while you move inside that part, for example from the brand wall to one brand. It closes when you go to another part, such as Performance.
• The pane opens the full-page Chat. Select the expand button to continue the same conversation on the full-page Chat. Select the close button to give the page its full width. The conversation stays in the Chat tab.
