Lists the Comments of a Campaign Plan, by thread, newest thread first. A Comment is a post on an AdCrunch Campaign Plan, by a person or by an agent for a person: an update, a question, or a decision. It is not a comment on a campaign at Meta, Google or TikTok.

Each row is a top-level Comment with its live replies, oldest first. A deleted top-level Comment that a reply still answers stays in the list with `deleted: true` and no text.

One page at a time: `limit` threads at most, 100 by default. When the answer holds `nextCursor`, more threads exist: send it back as `cursor` to get the next page.
